The board approved a motion to make Dec. 18, 2025 an early-release day for Harleton ISD. The motion was made by Brian Fitzgerald and seconded by Ben Wilson; trustees Tim Skaggs, Harvey Fox, Pat Mc Gill and Kevin Evers voted in favor and there were no votes against.
