The Board approved Update 123 to the TASB Policy Manual on Aug. 12, adopting revisions that affect multiple local policy codes. The update, approved 6-0, included changes to policies on board member training and orientation, conflict-of-interest disclosures, emergency plans and other items as listed in the minutes.
