The board approved AMD2026-0003, amending Division 6.3 and 7.1 of the Land Development Regulations to modify the 2,500-square-foot exemption from affordable workforce housing mitigation; the vote was unanimous.

Ryan Hostetter, Joint Principal Long-Range Planner, presented AMD2026-0003, which proposes amendments to Division 6.3 and 7.1 of the Teton County Land Development Regulations. The changes relate to the Affordable Workforce Housing Standards and the floor area option that currently provides a mitigation exemption for homes of 2,500 square feet.
