Keith Gingery, Chief Deputy County Attorney, presented the item asking the board to terminate the emergency declaration for the J‑W water system in Hoback, which had been dated June 1, 2026. Commissioner Len Carlman moved to terminate the declaration; Commissioner Wes Gardner seconded and the board voted 4‑0 to carry the motion.
