Implementation committee outlines steps to carry out Seneca Falls comprehensive plan
A volunteer-led implementation committee told the town board it has inventoried more than 100 actions from the comprehensive plan, created housing and fiscal subcommittees, begun outreach to partners and plans quarterly updates and input to the 2026 budget.

Charlie Capolino, a member of the Comprehensive Plan Implementation Committee, told the town board the committee began work in September 2024 and has mapped owners to more than 100 action items in the adopted comprehensive plan. "There's over a 100 actions listed in here of things that are recommended as part of that plan," he said, and the committee has met with MRB, county planning and local organizations to coordinate implementation.
