The project team said the Network Circle site at 4160–4230 Network Circle would be redeveloped from vacant office buildings into a mixed residential community totaling 584 dwellings. "The project proposes to demolish all of the existing buildings ... and redevelop the site with a residential community, totaling 584 dwelling units," Doug said while describing the site plan and how the development will step density from single‑family to multifamily to respect surrounding neighborhoods and the adjacent Agnews Historic Park.
