On March 2, 2026, the Lockhart Independent School District Board of Trustees met in special session at the M.L. Cisneros Education Support Center Boardroom in Lockhart. Board President Michael Wright called the meeting to order at 6:08 p.m.; the posted agenda included a closed-session item under Texas Government Code Section 551.074 described as "Governance Team (Board and Superintendent) Training."
