Committee approves Delgado rezoning for 35-acre Buffalo Township parcel
The Marquette County Planning and Zoning Committee voted 5-0 to rezone a 35-acre parcel in the Town of Buffalo for a new single-family home, forwarding the measure to the County Board. Planning staff said the proposal removes an existing mobile home and shifts 31 acres into the Farmland Preservation Overlay.

The Marquette County Planning and Zoning Committee voted 5-0 on Aug. 7, 2025, to approve a rezoning request from Julie Delgado for a 35-acre parcel in Section 11, T14N R10E, Town of Buffalo, forwarding the request to the County Board for final action.
