The Marfa ISD Board approved two local policy updates on June 22, 2026. Board Member Teresa Nunez moved and Board Secretary Ruben Martinez seconded to approve an update to Policy DEC (Local); the motion carried 6-0. The board also approved a Localized Policy Update numbered 127 on the same motion pattern and vote tally.
