The Village of Cold Spring Zoning Board of Appeals met May 13, 2025, at Village Hall and held an information session with a resident from 17 Marion Avenue who raised questions about how the board reviews accessory structures and the zoning process that applies to them. Board chair Eric Wirth and board members Marianne Remy, John Martin and Robert Ferreira were present; Board Secretary Abighail McKinney attended at Village Hall.
