Zoning board reschedules Depot Square hearing for Aug. 26
The Cold Spring Zoning Board of Appeals agreed to reschedule a previously noticed Depot Square hearing to Aug. 26, 2025, aligning it with the 51 Parrot Street hearing; members moved, seconded and voted in favor and will update notices.

The board voted to reschedule the hearing on Depot Square (previously noticed with an appearance in the newspaper for July 9) to Aug. 26, 2025, at the board's regular 7 p.m. meeting. Chair Eric Borth moved to reschedule the hearing and a board member seconded; members voted 'Aye.'
