The board approved the minutes of the Jan. 19 special and regular meetings on a motion by Dr. Heather Hester, seconded by Daniele Clark; the motion passed 6–0. Trustees also approved the listed consent items—tax report; revenue and expenditure comparisons; cash position; monthly investments; acceptance of gifts; and investment policy—on a motion by Shelby Humphrey, seconded by Ryan Shands, carried 6–0. The selection of the 2026–2027 district auditor was pulled from the consent agenda for separate discussion at a later date.
