The Midlothian ISD Board voted to approve the Long-Range Facility Plan Strategic Framework and accompanying Educational Specifications during its May 18 meeting. The motion, made by Trustee Jessica Ward and seconded by Richard Peña, passed unanimously among members present (6-0-1, one absent).
