The MULLIN ISD Board of Trustees recorded a unanimous approval of the district's Targeted Improvement Plan at its Jan. 21, 2025 regular meeting. The motion to approve was made by Kathryn Caulkins and seconded by Sabree Minard; the record shows seven "Yea" votes and zero "Nay" votes.
