Board approves MFISD plan to delay HB2 teacher certification implementation

Dr. Missy Barrington presented the plan and the Board approved it on a motion by Kevin Naumann, seconded by Crystal Tubig; the motion passed unanimously.
The plan was described as a district request for delayed implementation to avoid immediate staffing disruptions while teachers pursue certification. The Board's approval authorizes district administration to follow the presented implementation steps.
