The Cayuga County Health & Human Services Committee voted to authorize creation and filling of a Women, Infants and Children (WIC) Nutritionist or Competent Professional Authority (HELP Program) position following a resignation. The motion was offered by Legislator Ben Vitale and seconded by Vice Chair Elane Daly; the record shows the motion passed with all in favor.
