The Worcester Selectboard on July 6 unanimously accepted a bid and contract from NEMRC to conduct the townwide reappraisal scheduled for 2031. Katie Miller presented the listers’ procurement process, saying the listers solicited bids from seven firms and received a single response from NEMRC.
