The board approved a Master Agreement for Program Management Services with Gallagher Construction Company, LP dated Jan. 7, 2026 and received a status update from Gallagher on multiple active projects at the high school and auditorium. Matt Miller reported work in progress including auditorium carpet installation, stage floor work, audio/visual installation, parking-lot light-pole installation, campus junk removal and asbestos abatement.
