At the end of the meeting the moderator asked for a motion to adjourn. Trustee Daney moved to adjourn and Trustee LaPorte seconded. The clerk called the roll and recorded 'Yes' votes from Trustees Batterman, Daney, Gansey, Hopkins, LaPorte and Zawinski; the motion carried and the meeting was adjourned.
