The Board of Ottawa County Commissioners authorized transfers and appropriations as requested by Municipal Court. The motion was moved by Commissioner Donald A. Douglas, seconded by Commissioner Mark E. Coppeler and recorded as approved by Commissioners Mark W. Stahl, Donald A. Douglas and Mark E. Coppeler.
