Under consent and routine items, the council approved the minutes for the April 15, 2025 Special Council Meeting and the April 22, 2025 Council Meeting & Insurance Workshop after a motion by Councilor Charlene Louk and a second by Councilor Bryan Gonzalez; the motion passed unanimously. Later, accounts payable items presented via handout were approved after a motion by Charlene Louk and a second by Karen Phillips, also by unanimous vote.
