The Pacific Grove Unified Board participated in a two‑hour cultural‑proficiency and leadership workshop led by Roni Habib. Habib framed the session around three aims—cultural responsiveness and belonging, leader well‑being and resilience, and practical skills trustees and leaders can apply immediately—and introduced an acronym (RAMP) to summarize predictors of well‑being.
