The Wyoming County Planning Committee on July 29 approved authorization for the chairman to sign a contract with Environmental Systems Research Institute, Inc. (esri) for a 40‑day training pass, not to exceed $42,600. The contract was described in the minutes as effective Oct. 1, 2026, for use over a 12‑month period; funds were identified as covered by the ConnectAll Broadband grant (MUNIS Contract #3946). Motion recorded as moved by Committee member Merrill and carried with six ayes and two members absent.
