During board concerns, a supervisor reminded constituents that legal counsel advised the board not to comment on an ongoing mediation; the supervisor said the matter will be discussed in an open session when counsel allows. "Everything will be discussed in, you know, open session here at the board meeting, but per our legal counsel, we cannot make any comments," the chair said.
