The board approved a sole-source agreement with Environmental Hazards Control (E.H.C.) to perform quarterly filter changes at the county firing range. The contract is for $185,460.80 covering March 1, 2026 through Feb. 28, 2028 and is charged to the General Services Department budget. Commissioners recorded the motion as passing unanimously after a motion by Commissioner Parsons and a second by Commissioner Yoder.
