The Lancaster County Board of Commissioners approved an amended agreement on Feb. 11, 2026, to change the county's Adult Probation and Parole Services (APPS) case-management contract to GovAI Software Solutions LLC of Enola, PA. Commissioner Alice Yoder moved the approval and Commissioner Joshua G. Parsons seconded; the contract amount is $44,350.00 for the period Feb. 11, 2026 through Dec. 31, 2027. Funding is from the county general fund budget.
