Lancaster County Deputy Director John Tierney recommended tabling two exemption requests during the Feb. 11 meeting because required paperwork had not been received. The board followed that recommendation and tabled the petition for Katartizo at 144 West Main St., Mountville Borough (parcel 470-75751-0-0000), and the petition for Clare House at 233 West Chestnut St., Lancaster City (parcel 331-55763-0-0000).
