The committee left with a set of action items intended to move scrim and marketing work forward. Frank Landsberger will send cropped and sized digital pictures to John Orloff, who agreed to convert them to black and white and email the results to members for review. The group proposed a small vetting committee of Joe, John, Thom and Frank to make final selections once samples are available.
Other tasks: Joe will bring the 'Welcome to West Stockbridge' sign topic to the next Select Board meeting during Citizen Speak, contact Champika about her membership status and marketing materials, and follow up with Brady Graham about website changes and his summer availability. A tentative follow-up meeting was scheduled for Tuesday the 21st, to be confirmed by email.
