Pumping station project delayed; Council asks for USDA proof on $80,430 inspection amendment

Representatives from engineering firm GMB, Jason Lytle and Andrew Lynch, updated the Trappe Town Council on the Pumping Station project and said the work is behind schedule. The project had been scheduled for substantial completion on Nov. 29, 2025, with 30 additional days to final completion, but GMB reported the schedule is slipping and completion is now expected in January 2026.
