Board approves two vacations to support local redevelopment projects
The board unanimously approved two separate vacation petitions: V230006 to vacate 0.40 acres of East Old Hillsborough Avenue for the Tanner East redevelopment, and V240005 to vacate ~5,101 sq ft of duplicate utility easements in Peninsula at Roading Lake, following staff review and no objections from reviewing agencies.
