V240005 is a petition by CND Rudine LLC to vacate portions of unimproved platted public utility easements in Peninsula at Roading Lake (Parcel A & B) where staff identified a duplicate easement and a platting error. The vacated area is approximately 5,101 sq ft. Staff reported no objections and the board approved the vacation 7–0.
