Morrow County adopts Tower Road Interchange Area Management Plan and overlay zone
The Morrow County Board of Commissioners voted to adopt the Tower Road Interchange Area Management Plan (IAMP), add a new Interchange Access Management Plan overlay zone (section 3.125) to the zoning code, and forward the finalized materials to the Oregon Transportation Commission for acceptance.

The Morrow County Board of Commissioners voted to adopt the Tower Road Interchange Area Management Plan and to add section 3.125 to the county zoning code to establish an Interchange Access Management Plan overlay zone for the Tower Road/I‑84 interchange area. The adoption includes amendments to the comprehensive plan, zoning code and a zoning map overlay and was passed by roll call after public comment and legal advice.
