The commission voted to issue a negative declaration and to grant conditional final site‑plan approval for a proposed go‑kart facility at 7 John Walsh Boulevard. Architect Joseph Thompson (Speaker 6) presented noise testing and mitigation proposals; commissioners and county staff discussed additional planting and fence matching along the riverwalk to reduce off‑site noise transmission.
