Desi Barnson, the board's grant manager, told the Agricultural District the Appendix L submission for SNPLMA-related capital items has cleared two of three approval levels but will not receive final consideration in June because two approving members took early retirement. "I was able to add a few more items as long as they were not linked to the event center," Barnson said.
Barnson said a new final approval meeting has not been scheduled. The update prompted discussion of which items could be added to the list without creating conflicts with the event-center project; board members did not vote on new inclusions during the meeting. The delay preserves the board's option to revise Appendix L but means final funding outcomes remain unresolved until the approval process resumes.
