Lew Chichester asked the council to adopt a resolution addressing persistent trash and curbside service problems in Round Valley and provided proposed findings and proposed solutions for incorporation into a draft resolution. "Laura moved to approve Lew’s letter with an added section asking the County to revise the contract with the current carrier, C&S Waste Solutions, to give Round Valley the services we need," the minutes record.
