Board hears long-range facilities plan; polling suggests $100M bond unlikely

Scott Rose of R&C Management Group said polling found the community 'are not ready for the $100M bond,' and that the committee would likely need to pare project lists and consider a bond in the $50–60 million range. Mr. Koskela introduced the presentation and acknowledged staff and community committee members who participated in four community meetings and additional polling.
