The Gresham-Barlow School District Board of Directors recessed into executive session at 6:04 p.m. on Dec. 11, 2025 to consider information exempt from public inspection under ORS 192.660(2)(f) and to evaluate a public officer under ORS 192.660(2)(i). The board reconvened at 6:43 p.m., and Chair Blake Petersen stated that only matters exempt under ORS 192.660(2)(f) were discussed; the superintendent evaluation under ORS 192.660(2)(i) was not discussed and will be scheduled for a future meeting.
Earlier in the session the board unanimously approved the meeting agenda (MOTION 39, moved by Kris Howatt, seconded by Brenna Puderbaugh; Aye: 6, No: 0). Chair Petersen announced the district's regular business meeting would follow at 7 p.m. in the council chambers of the Public Safety and Schools Building. The special work session was adjourned at 6:58 p.m. Minutes were later approved by the board on Jan. 8, 2026.
