Interim Superintendent Brian Gray reported several operational and safety updates to the board on Aug. 11. He provided a budget overview, noted staff in‑service planning, and confirmed Homecoming is scheduled for Sept. 12. Gray also outlined safety and security work including 'Stop the Bleed' training, school resource officer(s), Guardians CPR training, the Raptor alert system, Johnson Controls/fire alarm work, and facility projects such as fencing and roofing; Martin House staffing was also noted as a staffing item.
