Water and sewer staff summarized routine operations from March 25 to April 11: 53 water and sewer mark-out requests, three sewer stoppage clearings, meter reads and upgrades, and two meter-body replacements. The minutes note, "Reminder the water surcharge for 2025 is now $19.00 per quarter which funds the water main replacement we began doing in-house in 2024." The McKinley Avenue water-main replacement will begin on the 300 block and continue to the 400–500 blocks.
