Pitman reports water-surcharge, meter work and ongoing McKinley Avenue main replacement

The Highway Department reported 11 loads of trash (142.71 tons), 10 loads of recyclables (35.2 tons), and 270 yards of brush removed during the reporting period, plus other routine maintenance such as hydrant flushing. Public Works reminded residents of the seasonal leaf-placement schedule tied to their trash day and advertised upcoming community services including a rabies clinic and a shred event. Staff also said they completed borough-hall break room work and initiated street sweeping.
