Commander O presented a resolution authorizing submittal of an application for the Enhanced Marine Law Enforcement Grant for fiscal year 2025–26 and explained the program’s use for high-visibility safety patrols on local waterways. “The grant will pay for 1 officer to provide marine patrol coverage 2 days a week, Saturday and Sunday,” Commander O said.
