Mrs. Flynn presented the recommendation and outlined the term: "Tonight, we're asking the board to move to ratify the master agreement between the Michigan Federation of School Administrators and the Monroe Board of Education for the period of 07/01/2025 through 06/30/2026, effective 07/01/2025," she said. Board members questioned the timing of ratification and whether a new agreement would be negotiated before the current term ends; Mrs. Flynn said the administration plans to work with the group to complete negotiations before the contract expires.
After brief discussion, the board approved the ratification by roll call.
