Myriah Wanklyn presented the FY2027 Unified Court budget and said jury and bench trials are scheduled throughout the summer. She raised concerns that "the courthouse's window air-conditioning units ... must be turned off during proceedings, causing the courtroom to become uncomfortably warm," and said the noise also interferes with the judge's ability to hear and with recording equipment.
