Dave Dixon reported there were no substantial applications in the pipeline and only a couple of potential site plans; because the submission deadline had passed, the board agreed there would be no meeting in April. "We have passed our deadline, and I have no applicants," Dixon said, and members acknowledged the quieter permit climate.
The city attorney noted staff would return with additional ordinance language at the next scheduled meeting; the chair closed the meeting and members adjourned. Staff follow-up items include drafting projection/encroachment language and preparing ordinance text for the Lighthouse Drive lots.
