Weimar ISD trustees approve consent agenda including GT plan and multiple policy updates
The Weimar ISD Board approved its consent agenda Aug. 11, 2025, by motion of Jim Sanders and second of Tom Strickland; items included the district's GT plan for 2025'1, Policy Update 125, several local policy updates, standing medical orders for school nursing services and extracurricular handbooks.

By motion of Jim Sanders with a second from Tom Strickland, the Weimar ISD Board approved the consent agenda as presented. The consent package included approval of minutes from the July 28 meeting, financial statements (bills paid, tax collection and budget-to-actual reports, cash balances), and routine school business matters.
