The Kittitas County Board of Commissioners—Chairman Cory Wright, Vice-Chairman Brett Wachsmith and Commissioner Laura Osiadacz—met jointly with members of the county Homelessness & Affordable Housing Committee on July 6, 2026 in a conference-room special meeting. Vice-Chairman Brett Wachsmith opened the special housing meeting at 2:30 p.m.; attendees listed in the minutes included HAHC members, Hopesource staff and nine members of the public. The minutes state that there were no citizen comments during the meeting.
