Commissioner Laura Osiadacz moved to authorize the Vice‑Chairman's signature on a letter to Betsy Dunbar, Transit Manager with Ellensburg Central Transit, in support of a WSDOT 2021–2029 Consolidated Grant Program application. Vice‑Chairman Brett Wachsmith seconded and the motion carried 2-0.
