Six consent ordinances proposing redevelopment plans and tax-increment financing for Algonquin Road/Keystone Court and Algonquin Road/Orchard Drive were presented and moved forward for second reading without debate (roll call 5–0).

Council considered a consent package of six redevelopment-related ordinances (items E–J) as first readings on April 28 and moved them forward to second reading with a single motion. The ordinances would establish redevelopment plans and adopt tax increment allocation financing for two project areas: Algonquin Road/Keystone Court and Algonquin Road/Orchard Drive. Mayor Sanoica read the ordinance titles into the record and no alderperson requested removal from the consent agenda.
