Council moves multiple Algonquin Road redevelopment and TIF ordinances to second reading

Alderperson Koehler made the motion to consider the six ordinances together for 1st reading and Alderperson O’Brien seconded. The roll call vote was 5–0 in favor; the ordinances advanced to a subsequent meeting for second reading and possible adoption. The measures, if adopted after second reading, would enable redevelopment planning and potential use of TIF for those corridors.
