Parks & Recreation reports slight increase in per-meal reimbursement under 3 Rivers contract

Lisa Deming, senior center manager, briefed the council on the annual contract with the 3 Rivers Regional Commission that funds home-delivered and congregate meals for seniors. She said the program uses a unit-cost methodology that accounts for staff, insurance and food costs and that the reimbursement rate increased slightly from last year.
