Kermit ISD's Board of Trustees voted on Feb. 11, 2026 to approve the Targeted Improvement Plan (TIP) for Kermit Junior High School following a presentation and recommendation from Mrs. Gayla Brown. Trustee Aaron Hardaway moved to approve the plan and Board Vice-President Ramiro Antillon seconded; the motion passed unanimously among the five members present.
