The Richland R‑1 Board of Education voted to adopt the district Professional Development Plan during its Nov. 13 meeting. Board member Hollie Wheeler made the motion and Kevin Evans seconded; President Clinton Corlew declared the motion carried with seven votes in favor and none opposed.
